Service agreement (summary)
Plan My Aligners provides technical treatment-planning support only. You remain the treating clinician and are responsible for diagnosis, the treatment plan, informed consent and patient care. Records you upload are used only to plan the case you submit, are stored in Canada, and are deleted after the retention period. You will obtain patient consent before sharing records. The full agreement is provided at deployment.
